One-to-One Sessions
Sometimes you need advice. Sometimes you need a plan. And sometimes you need someone outside the situation who can listen properly, ask the questions you haven't asked yourself, and help you see what you're actually dealing with.
That's what these sessions are for.
You might come with a relationship you can't make sense of, a career decision you've been circling for months, a business idea you need to think through, or simply the feeling that something needs to change and you don't quite know what yet.
You don't need to arrive with everything figured out.
What I can bring
People & Relationships
Relationships, family dynamics, difficult conversations, boundaries, letting go, life transitions, confidence, or simply having somewhere to say the whole thing out loud.
Work & Direction
Career decisions, changing direction, professional confidence, major transitions, goals, or figuring out what comes next.
Business & Projects
Business and property decisions, projects, operations, planning, systems and execution. A practical outside perspective when you're too close to the problem.
What happens in a session
I listen first.
Then we work through what's actually happening, what matters to you, what you may not have considered and the options in front of you.
I won't manufacture an action plan simply so the session feels productive. Sometimes clarity is the outcome. Sometimes it's finally saying something out loud. And sometimes there is a very obvious next move.
Where there is, we'll work through it.
My approach is informed by my B.Ed Guidance & Counselling, MSc Project Management, and practical experience across people, property, projects and business.
