Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel

Email hello@jasminelubi.com as soon as you know you need to change or cancel a booked session.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. Missed sessions and no-shows are also non-refundable.

If you would prefer to reschedule, please get in touch as early as possible.

If Jasmine needs to reschedule

If a session needs to be moved or cancelled from this end, you'll be offered a new time or a full refund.

Shop purchases

Refunds for digital products (ebooks, workbooks) are generally not available once a file has been delivered, except where something is faulty or not as described. Physical book returns, where applicable, follow standard consumer rights. Contact hello@jasminelubi.com with any issue and we'll sort it out.
