Booking Terms

Scope of service

A One-to-One Session is a non-clinical clarity and planning session, as described on Work With Me and the Disclaimer page. By booking, you confirm you've read and understood that scope.

Booking & payment

Sessions are booked through Cal.com, which also collects payment via Stripe as part of the same booking flow. Cal.com and Stripe are third-party services with their own terms, and this site does not process or store your payment details directly. A booking is confirmed once scheduling and payment are complete.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following a session. Sessions are provided on a reasonable-care basis; they are not a substitute for professional advice in any area outside this service's stated scope.

Confidentiality

What's discussed in a session is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or someone else, or where required by law.
